Path-CHEK swabs:

surface-swabs Path-Chek Hygiene surface swabs are a range of screening tests intended for use in food handling and manufacturing environments and on food contact surfaces for the detection of Coliforms, Salmonella ssp. and Listeria species (separate broths for each pathogen).Path-Chek Hygiene should be considered as a fundamental component of Good Manufacturing Practice and an integral part of and HACCP plan, providing a highly sensitive and specific indication of the presence of the foodborne pathogen being tested for. It is a tool to control hygiene and rapid detection of dangerous pathogens, which can be used by unqualified personnel in microbiology.Detection is positive when the medium changes color.
