Dilumat 4

Manual dilution of bulk samples is often a tedious and inaccurate process. The technician must weigh a precise amount of sample and dispense a precise amount of diluent to ensure the desired final dilution is accurate. The Dilumat fully automates this process by accurately dispensing a volume of diluent based upon the desired final dilution and the weighing of sample to be diluted. The technician selects the desired final dilution ratio, adds sample into a bag or container on the Dilumat load cell (minimum weight can be programmed) and initiates the dilution cycle. A peristaltic pump dispenses diluent into the sample until the set dilution ratio is obtained. Dilumat offers superior speed and accuracy to the sample preparation process relative to manual methods.

Traceability

-Report tickets for total traceability: date, time, date of last calibration setting, program number and parameter setting print out, diluting agent name and batch number, pump used, operator name, sample identification, sample weight, final weight, actual dilution factor. (optional)

-Data retrieval via PC connected to the RS232 outlet access (excl. Labmaster).

-LABMASTER compatible (automatic piloting by PC for total traceability) with optional network card.)

Second pump unit Allows you to pump from two different diluents.
Dilumat 4 Turbo Kit The addition of a second, in-series pump head makes this the fastest diluter available by doubling the dispensing speed. Weighing and dilution of 25g sample (1:10 = 225ml) in only 8 seconds.
Dilumat 4x4 Four independent pumps to work with up to 4 diluents at the same time.
Epson LX300 Printer Allows for the printing of date, time, operator, sample weight, total weight and dilution factor onto duplicate labels; one for your records and one for the sample bag. Connects to the Dilumat via RS232. (Shown with Dilumat 3mk2)
