aCOLyte SuperCount

aCOLyte provides a solution for basic bacterial enumeration on standard 100 mm Petri plates. aCOLlyte’s software utilizes a simple interface which provides count information, taking into account dilution factor, separation of coinciding colonies and background correction for different media. aCOLyte features single-button operation-just one click counts the e ntire plate; counts are displayed instantly next to a full-color plate image and adjustable sensitivity setting for optimal colony detection.

aCOLyte is connected to a PC via a standard USB cable. Upper and lower illumination is evenly generated by built in LED arrays
